Once your Internet order ships from Maison Glass a shipping notification from UPS will be sent to the same e-mail address listed on the Internet order. This notification will include a UPS tracking number. Track your order(s) by using the fields listed above.

a. Shortly after first placing your Internet order, an order confirmation is sent to the same e-mail address listed on the Internet order. If you received this confirmation but have not received the shipping notification from UPS, then your order has been received by Maison Glass but it has not shipped yet.

b. Maison Glass current processing time for internet orders is three business days plus additional shipping time. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are excluded from calculating the arrival time of your order.
